It is the official vehicle of the Vandal Sever. It was desigened by Kharamanos to drive on land and water making it submersible. The vehicle has jaws with sharp blades that can detach to fire like missiles and trap other vehicles turning on it's secondary function, which is to shred the vehicle with it's razor sharp blades.
